Pittsburgh Police Violent Crime Unit and Fugitive Apprehension Unit detectives, with assistance from the U.S. Marshals Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force, have made an arrest in connection with the December 16, 2023 death of five-day-old infant male, Jah'Shawn O. Martin.
Shawn Martin, 30, of Pittsburgh was arrested without incident on a homicide warrant in the Brookline area of the city on Friday, January 12, 2024.
Martin is charged with Criminal Homicide and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
